I love you WEFAIL

WEFAIL the studio once formed by Jordan Stone (sofake.com) and Martin Hughes (martin-h.com) have yet again launched another brilliant website, this time for the band Dixie Chics.
I love WEFAIL, I truly do. Everytime I see a site made by them it just brings me so much inspiration. That makes me happy.

Some people might argue about the functionality of these guys sites. Just put it this way - WEFAIL do not design websites for you to go and find information on it. Some people just don't seem to get it.

WEFAIL create unique interactive experiences where the unexpected shines alongside WEFAIL's unique style. The way they understand interaction, the designs itself and their polished final product with great attention to the smallest and most amazing details is outstanding.




Dixiechics.com is a weird misterious world. Go and explore this little town (?), use the map (GoogleEarth meets SimCity) and unlock places, go to the local radio station, drive a jet-ski (!!!), meet a squirrel and a stick insect(!!!!!), hear what some weird fans have got to say including:

"what's my favourite song? (...) i put all 14 songs on 14 stereos and listent to all of them at the same time..that's how i roll"

It just couldn't get more stupid.
I would love to see a making-of.
