Designers Are Wankers

For what I understand designersarewankers.com (the title itself is very wanky!) is some sort of recruitment agency.. and they are asking designers to submit videos using a mobile phone:

"The objective is to sell yourself to an employer/client by illustrating how your services are of benefit to their organisation."

The winner will receive £5,000 and all the entries will be compiled onto DVDs and presented potential employers.
